Kuliza helps financial enterprises in their digital transformation projects as their technology partner. Its suite of transformation solutions helps enterprises design and build end-to-end Digital Lending Platforms, Mutual Funds Commerce Engines, and digital Insurance Platforms. Kuliza won the Gold at IDMA 2015 in the category of ‘Best use of eCommerce’ for Titan Company’s eCommerce website (www.titan.co.in).

Recruitment Process:

Kuliza conducts 5-6 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer in their organization.

  • Written Round
  • Technical Round 1
  • Technical Round 2
  • Technical Round 3
  • HR Round

Academic Criteria:

  • 70 percent or above in B.Tech, Class X and XII.
  • No backlogs at the time of the interview

Written Round:

In written rounds, patterns may vary. It has two major sections namely General Aptitude Test and Coding Test. Sometimes, this round also consists of Programming MCQs which are mainly from Data Structures, Algorithms, HTML, CSS, and C language. Sometimes, they also ask subjective questions.

Technical Rounds:

The students who clear the written round are called for Technical Interviews. These rounds may also be conducted on Skype. To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, OOPs, HTML, and JavaScript concepts. You will be expected to write codes in the interview. You will also be asked questions about the projects mentioned in the resume. Students from branches other than CS should prepare for the other two subjects related to their branch. HR Round:

They ask general HR questions like:
