The acronym KAPILA stands for the Kalam Program for Intellectual Property Literacy and Awareness campaign. On the 89th anniversary of the late Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, a renowned scientist and former president, the Union Education Ministry announced the launch of the Kapila Kalam campaign.
