Juspay Hiring Challenge

Juspay is a Payments Exchange that connects retailers, payment providers, and financial institutions. They are trusted partners for all major internet firms in India because of our deep focus on enabling flawless payments UX at scale. We are now taking the next step toward powering end-to-end payments for India, after reaching 200 million SDK installs and constructing systems capable of handling the peak payments traffic in India of 2000 transactions per second.

Eligibility Criteria:

• All engineering students pursuing their pre-final and final year in B.Tech/ B.E. degrees across branches are eligible to participate.
• You must be good at functional programming.

Perks and Benefits:

• Shortlisted candidates will be hired as full-time interns for six months before being converted to full-time based on their performance.
• The monthly salary for the internship would be INR 40,000.
• Full-time candidates would be paid between INR 21 and 27 lakhs per year.

Rules of the hiring challenge:

• Any number of participants from an institute can participate.
• Any cases of plagiarism in the online coding round will result in immediate disqualification of the concerned candidates.

Recruitment Process:

• Online Round 1: It will be 30 minute round consisting of 30 multiple-choice questions on computer science topics such as Data Structures, Algorithms, Operating systems, Computer Networks, DBMS, etc.  Participants will be shortlisted according to the test scores and will be qualified for the next round.
• Online Round 2: It will be 90 minutes coding round consisting of 3 coding questions from medium to hard difficulty levels.  Those who will pass the round will proceed to the next round.
• Round 3: The final round will be 2 days hackathon.  Students will be given the problem statement and have to come up with a fully functional web app or mobile app within the time frame. Winners of this round will be offered internships and full-time roles.
