jQWidgets jqxTextArea scrollBarSize Property

jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxTextArea represents a jQuery Textarea widget that is used to insert text content inside the textbox.

The scrollBarSize property is used to set or return the size of the scrollbar. It accepts Number type value and its default value is 15.


  • Set the scrollBarSize property.

    $('selector').jqxTextArea({ scrollBarSize: Number });

  • Return the disabled property.

    var scrollBarSize = $('selector').jqxTextArea('scrollBarSize');
