jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxSwitchButton is used to illustrate a jQuery button widget that changes its verified state after being clicked. Moreover, it’s quite identical to the jqxToggleButton, yet possesses a distinct user interface view.

The checked property is used to set or get the checked state of the displayed switch button. It is of type Boolean and its default value is false.

Syntax:

To set the checked property.

$('Selector').jqxSwitchButton({ checked:true });

To get the checked property.

var checked = $('Selector').jqxSwitchButton('checked');

Linked Files: Download jQWidgets from the link. In the HTML file, locate the script files in the downloaded folder.

<link rel=”stylesheet” href=”jqwidgets/styles/jqx.base.css” type=”text/css” />
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”scripts/jquery-1.11.1.min.js”></script>
<script type=”text/javascript” src=”jqwidgets/jqxcore.js”></script>
