jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxRangeSelector widget is used to represents a jQuery range slider that can easily be used to select a numeric or date range value. This widget is used to set the range in numbers, days, weeks, months, years, etc.

The snapToTicks property is used to set or return whether the slider will snap to the major and minor ticks. It accepts Boolean type value and its default value is true.

Syntax:

Set the snapToTicks property.

$('selector').jqxRangeSelector({ 
    snapToTicks: Boolean 
});

 

Return the snapToTicks property.

var snapToTicks = $('selector')
    .jqxRangeSelector('snapToTicks');
