jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxPasswordInput is a jQuery widget that enables the input field passwords with nice visual feedback about the password’s strength.

The theme property is used to set the theme for the jqxPasswordInput widget. It accepts string type value and its default value is empty (“”). To use this property, first, we need to include the theme stylesheet (jqx.energyblue.css) in the header section. The theme file includes after “jqx.base.css” file.

Syntax:

$('selector').jqxPasswordInput({ theme: String });

Linked Files: Download jQWidgets from the link https://www.jqwidgets.com/download/. In the HTML file, locate the script files in the downloaded folder.

<link rel=”stylesheet” href=”jqwidgets/styles/jqx.base.css” type=”text/css” /> <link rel=”stylesheet” href=”jqwidgets/styles/jqx.energyblue.css” type=”text/css” /> <script type=”text/javascript” src=”scripts/jquery-1.11.1.min.js”></script> <script type=”text/javascript” src=”jqwidgets/jqxcore.js”></script> <script type=”text/javascript” src=”jqwidgets/jqx-all.js”></script> <script type=”text/javascript” src=”jqwidgets/jqxpasswordinput.js”></script>
