jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxPasswordInput is a jQuery widget that enables the input field passwords with nice visual feedback about the password’s strength.

The maxLength property is used to set or return the maximal number of characters allowed in the password field. It accepts Number type values and its default value is null.

Syntax:

Set the maxLength property.

$('selector').jqxPasswordInput({ maxLength: Boolean });

Return the maxLength property.

var disabled = $('selector').jqxPasswordInput('maxLength');
