jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxEditor is used to represent a jQuery HTML text editor that can be used to simplify web content creation and can also be used as a replacement for HTML Text Areas.

The lineBreak property is used to set or return the linBreak Property, i.e, this property determines whether to creates BR, P or DIV tag when the Enter key is pressed in the editor. It accepts a string type value and Default value is “default”.

Syntax:

Set the lineBreak property.

$('Selector').jqxEditor({ lineBreak : "br"});

Return the lineBreak property.

var lineBreak = $('Selector').jqxEditor('lineBreak');
