jQWidgets jqxDataTable filterMode Property

  • Last Updated : 12 Oct, 2021

jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxDataTable is used for reading and displaying the data from the HTML Table. This is also used to display data from various data sources like XML, JSON, Array, CSV, or TSV.

The filterMode property is used for setting or getting the filter’s mode of the specified jqxDataTable. This property is having three possible values that are “default”, “simple” and “advanced”.

Syntax:

Set the filterMode property:

$('#dataTable').jqxDataTable({filterMode: "advanced" });

Return the filterMode property:

var filterMode = $('#dataTable').jqxDataTable('filterMode');
