jQWidgets jqxCalendar getRange() Method

  • Last Updated : 25 Jul, 2021

jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful and optimized framework, platform-independent, and widely supported. The jqxCalendar represents a jQuery calendar widget that enables the user to select a date using a visual monthly calendar display.

The getRange() method is used to get the range when the selectionMode is set to ‘range’. It does not accept any parameter and returns the object containing starting and ending time in form of JavaScript Date Object.

Syntax:

$("selector").jqxCalendar('getRange');
var from = range.from;
var to = range.to;
