jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxButtonGroup is used to illustrate a jQuery widget that generates a group of buttons that functions like the normal button, radio buttons, or checkboxes.

The template property is used to specify the template of the displayed jqxButtonGroup as an option of the used default styles. It is of type string and its default value is ‘default’.

Its possible values are as follows:

  • default
  • primary
  • success
  • warning
  • danger
  • info

Syntax:

  • To set the template property.

    $("#jqxButtonGroup").jqxButtonGroup({ template: 'primary'});
  • To get the template property.

    var template = $('#jqxButtonGroup').jqxButtonGroup('template');
