jQWidgets is a JavaScript framework for making web-based applications for PC and mobile devices. It is a very powerful, optimized, platform-independent, and widely supported framework. The jqxButton is used to illustrate a jQuery button widget that enables us to show a button on the desired web page.

The template property is used to specify the template of the displayed button as an option of the used default styles. It is of type String and its default value is ‘default’.

Its possible values are as follows:

  • default
  • primary
  • success
  • warning
  • danger
  • inverse
  • info
  • link

Syntax:

To set the template property.

$("#jqxButton").jqxButton({ template: 'primary'});

To get the template property.

var template = $('#jqxButton').jqxButton('template');
