jQuery UI consists of GUI widgets, visual effects, and themes implemented using jQuery, CSS, and HTML. jQuery UI is great for building UI interfaces for the webpages. A control group is used to group various input widgets like checkboxes, buttons, etc. The control group helps to apply common properties to all the elements of a form.

The jQuery UI Controlgroup disable() method is used to disable the control group widget. It does not accept any parameter.

Syntax:

$(".selector").controlgroup("disable");

CDN Link: First, add jQuery UI scripts needed for your project.
