jQuery Mobile is a web-based technology used to make responsive content that can be accessed on all smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

In this article, we will use the jQuery Mobile Toolbar visibleOnPageShow option to check whether the toolbar is shown along with the page or not.

Syntax:

Initializing the toolbar with the specified visibleOnPageShow option:

$( ".selector" ).toolbar({
    visibleOnPageShow: true
});

  • Setting the visibleOnPageShow option:

    $( ".selector" ).toolbar(
        "option", "visibleOnPageShow", true );
  • Getting the visibleOnPageShow option:

    var disabled = $( ".selector" )
        .toolbar( "option", "visibleOnPageShow" );
