jQuery Mobile is a web-based technology used to make responsive content that can be accessed on all smartphones, tablets, and desktops.  

In this article, we will use the jQuery Mobile Toolbar supportBlacklist option. This option’s value is a function that returns true on platforms where toolbar widgets should not be displayed as fixed. This option’s default value is a function that returns true when the value of $.support.fixedPosition is false. It is of the boolean type & its default value is default blacklist.

Syntax:

Initializing the toolbar with the specified supportBlacklist option:

$( "Selector" ).toolbar({
    supportBlacklist: true
});

 

  • Setting the supportBlacklist option:

    $( "Selector" ).toolbar( "option", "supportBlacklist", true );
  • Getting the supportBlacklist option:

    var disabled = $( "Selector" ).toolbar( "option", "supportBlacklist" );
