jQuery Mobile is a web-based technology used to make responsive content that can be accessed on all smartphones, tablets, and desktops.

In this article, we will be using the jQuery Mobile Selectmenu shadow option. When the value of this shadow option is set to true, then it applies the drop shadow style to the select button.

Syntax:

Initializing the selectmenu with the shadow option.

$( ".selector" ).selectmenu({
 shadow: true
});
  • Setting the shadow option.

    $( ".selector" ).selectmenu("option", "shadow", true);
  • Getting the shadow option.

    var shadow = $( ".selector" ).selectmenu( "option", "shadow" );

CDN Link: First, add jQuery Mobile scripts needed for your project.
