JPMorgan Chase Code For Good Interview Experience 2021

Round 1(Coding Test): The Coding Test was conducted on HackerRank and there were 2 questions to solve.

Round 2(Video Interview): This is a simple online video interview with a robot-like interface on HireVue platform. Two questions were asked in this round.

1. What is your goal in life?
2. What was your recent project experience? What problem did you face while doing it and how did you solve it?

Round 3 (Hackathon): It was conducted from 17th June to 20th June virtually. The hackathon this time was largest as approximately 650 students were selected. Total 91 teams were formed with nearly 7 students per team. 10 Non Profit Organizations participated. The hackathon was for 24 hours.

• It started on 19th June and ended on 20th June. We got to know our team members nearly 1 day before the hackathon. We have given the problem statements on 19th June and we have to give our choices. We have to make a website or an app in most cases.
• We were allotted the problems on a first come first serve basis. There will be two mentors with us on the zoom platform and they will be guiding us. In case any problem arises we can contact the Subject Matter Experts(SMEs). After 24 hours we have to give a presentation of the project. The result will be announced on 20th June.

Note: Winning the hackathon does not ensure that you will be selected for job and similarly not winning does not mean you will not be selected.
