= (2y/5 + x/3) + (x/5 + 2y/3)
= (6y + 5x)/15 + (3x + 10y) /15
= (8x + 16y) / 15
= 8*(x + 2y) / 15
= 8*30 / 15     {given, x + 2y = 30}
= 8*2
= 16
