Job Title: Trainee(Full Time)

ROUND-1:(Duration: 2.30 hrs.)

  • Online Proctored assessment test based on the knowledge of aptitude and logical reasoning. They were not very difficult but one should have basics of the same.
  • Aptitude and Logical Reasoning have separate time-bounded sections (approx. 15-20 min. for each section)
  • Also includes the mandatory coding round in the same test.
  • There were 3 coding questions in a range of easy to medium levels.
  • The regular practice of basic questions and good DSA knowledge can help to crack those questions easily.

Suggestion: I would suggest doing practice from sites like GeeksforGeeks, Hacker Rank, etc. as it will give the confidence to solve problems.

ROUND-2:(TECHNICAL INTERVIEW ROUND/HR ROUND)

  • Firstly asked some general interview questions like: Tell me about yourself, Elaborate on the skills you have mentioned on your resume.
  • Then the interviewer asked me about concepts of Object Oriented Programming(OOPs).
  • Interviewer asked to write code based on arrays, strings, and Linked List.
  • Most importantly, they were checking the logical strength candidate. It was no big issue you have not written code fully correct but you should be able to provide the correct logic or approach to solve the problem.
  • I was also asked to explain the approach I have used to solve the coding round questions.
  • Also you will be asked a logical question that you have to solve on the spot and to be honest it will be very tricky.

Suggestion: Don’t get nervous while answering the question and If you don’t know the answer then simply say I don’t know the answer. Just be confident.

Tips: Know yourself before any interview. Be calm & answer politely
