Infosys Interview Experience for DSE (On-Campus) 2022

The whole recruitment process consisted of two rounds:-

Coding round:  There were 3 dsa problems to be solved in 3 hours. I solved 1 and got a mail for an interview for the DSE role after a month.

Interview round: It was a virtual Interview. He asked me the following:

• Please introduce yourself.
• What language are you most comfortable in. (I said JAVA)
• What is the difference between compile time polymorphism and run time polymorphism? (answered)
• What is constructor overloading? (Answered)
• Can you overload the main method and why? (Answered)
• Can you override the main method and why? (Answered)
• What are the types of views in SQL?
• What is the difference between ISNULL() and NULLIF(). (answered wrong:))
• What are the different protocols and which one is the most efficient?
• What are the different phases of SDLC models?
• Which SDLC model according to you works best in different situations?
• Do you know anything about cloud computing? Say whatever you know about it.
• Explain the final keyword.
• What are your hobbies?
• Do you have any questions for me?
