Informatica Interview Experience

Recruitment Process :

Informatica conducts 5 rounds to select freshers as Software Engineer.

• Online Round
• Coding Round
• Technical Round 1
• Technical Round 2
• Personal Interview
• HR Round

Academic Criteria :

• 80 percent or 8 above cgpa above in B.Tech.
• No backlogs at the time of interview

Round 1: Online round is MCQ based test. This round is generally conducted on co-cubes platform.  To clear this round you must be well prepared with data structures and algorithms, Operating System, Database Management System, if you are good in DS and Algo then you are good to go, Just solve some gate MCQs. 30 MCQs dur. 45 min.

Round 2: The students who clear the online round, To clear this round you should be clear with your basics. You should be prepared with Data structures and Algorithms, u have to code, there will be 4 coding questions, even brute force work.

Tips: Practice all previously asked question by Informatica.

if u solve 3+ question then u will be shortlisted.

Coding test with 4 programs, 1)maximum sub-array, 2)given a number find the total number of substring divided by 11:-eg 1234(1, 12, 123, 1234, 2, 23, 234, 3, 34, 4) question 3) given an array of number find the subset with minimum numbers that sum up to a value K. 4)Maximum no-continuous sum from array.

Round 3: Technical round based on BASIC DS question write code on paper.,, they will check ur logic and basic DS questions., PUZZLES

PI Round: Introduction, Talk about projects, explain ur projects, DBMS, SQL, basic OS, it was more of a theoretical interview.

HR Round: Introduce your family, why Informatica, Long term goals, hometown, what are the difficulties u faced while making project, etc.
