Hey guys, I’m a 7th Sem computer science student. recently in my college, a placement drive was organized. and I was selected by the byanGujrat-based company as a full-stack JavaScript developer.

I selected an Ahmadabad Gujrat-based service-based company. This interview is the first interview in my life. This interview is in 4 rounds. The first round is the MCQs round, the second round is the coding round, the third round is the technical round and the fourth & last round is the HR round.

  • In the first round, there are 30 MCQ questions for passing this round we need to score 18 marks. In this round, most of the question is based on DS & algo. DBMS, OS, and OOPs questions. From 88 applied students only 16 students pass this round. and I score 22 marks from 30.
  • The second round was the coding round and the third one was the technical round. but due to time shortage, they took coding and technical round in a single round. In this round, I was asked questions about Basic Web Development, JavaScript Advanced topics and, ReactJs, redux, and ExpressJs-related questions.
  • My interviewer gave me some code of JavaScript and asked me what is the output of this code, what’s the problem in this code, how to solve the problem, what’s the bug in this code and solve it and at last, he give me two DSA related coding questions but he gave me two option solve it’s in C/C++ or JavaScript. and I was surprised because I was not prepared for these questions in JavaScript. but questions were easy that’s why I solved them in JavaScript and he was impressed.
  • The last round was the HR Round and my HR asked me some typical HR questions.

Now it was time for the result and on the second day the result came in the college group and 7 students were selected in it and I was second in it. This is how I got selected for my college campus placement in the role of Software Engineer (JavaScript Developer) in a service-based company.

Hope it helps you in some way.
