The HTML | high Attribute is used to specify the range where the value of gauge is considered to be of high value
The value of the high attribute would be less than the max attribute but more than the min and low attribute values. It can be used with the <meter> Element. 



<meter high="number"> 

Attribute Values: It contains the Floating point number which is considered to be a high value.
