The Input Week name property in HTML DOM is used to set or return the value of the name attribute of an input week field. The name attribute is required for each input week field. If the name attribute is not specified in an input field then the data of that field would not be sent at all. 

Syntax:

  • It returns the Input Week name property.
weekObject.name
  • It is used to set the Input Week name property.
weekObject.name = name

Property Values: It contains a single property value i.e. name which is used to specify the name of the week field. 

Return value: It returns a string value which represent the name of the input week field.

Note: In Firefox, the input type=”week” element does not show any date field or calendar.
