HTML | DOM Input Password type Property

The DOM Input Password type Property is used for returning which type of form element a password field is. This property will always return”password” for an input password field.

Syntax:

passwordObject.type

Return Value: It returns a string value which represent the type of form element the password field is.
Below program illustrates the Email type property :



Example: Returning the type of form element the Email field is.
