HTML DOM Area hostname Property

The Area hostname property in HTML is used to return the hostname of the current URL. The Location hostname property returns a string that contains the domain name, or the IP address of a URL.
Syntax:
- It returns the Area hostname property.
areaObject.hostname
- It is used to set the Area hostname property.
areaObject.hostname = hostname
Property Values: It contains a single value hostname which specifies the hostname of the URL.
Return Value: It returns a string value that represents the domain name of the URL.
