Powerpoint is a Microsoft application that is used to make presentations and animations. It is a complete graphics package. It has various kinds of templates and styles of slides to make presentations more professional. It contains charts, graphs, tables, and media clips, etc.

Animation Painter  

In PowerPoint, there is an application known as Animation Painter that helps to provide the same effect to a number of objects. It saves time and effort, we have to simply select the effect that we have to apply to the object and then click “Animation Painter” in the Animation toolbar and then simply click on the object on which we want to apply the effects. or in other words, we can say that an animation painter is used to copying the animation effect from the given slide. We can also apply the same effect to the other object present in the same slide, or same presentation. With just one click it can easily apply the effects and characteristics uniformly to other objects.

How to copy the animation effect on a single object using Animation Painter?

We can copy the animation effect on a single object using the following steps: 

Step 1: Open the presentation in Powerpoint.

Step 2: Now select the object from the slide whose animation we want to copy.

Step 3: Go to the animation toolbar and select “Animation Painter”. 

Step 4: After selecting animation painter a small paint brush appears beside the cursor.

Step 5: Now click on the object to which we want to copy the animation. After clicking the object all the settings are applied to the selected object.

How to copy the animation effect on multiple objects using Animation Painter?

We can copy the animation effect on multiple objects using the following steps:

Step 1: Open the presentation in Powerpoint.

Step 2: Now select the object from the slide whose animation we want to copy.

Step 3: Go to the animation toolbar and double click on “Animation Painter”. 

Step 4: After selecting animation painter a small paint brush appears beside the cursor.

Step 5: Now click on the objects one by one to which we want to copy the animation. After clicking the objects all the settings are applied to the selected objects.

Note: You can turn off the animation painter option by pressing it once again.
