Gmail is a free Web-based e-mail service provided by Google that provided a large amount of storage data for messages and also provides a search facility for the specific message. In Gmail you can send and receive emails, block spam, etc. and perform any task with the help of Gmail internet is necessary for using Gmail, but you can also use Gmail offline. Google has made it possible for users to use Gmail without the internet by enabling the offline Gmail setting. when the offline mode is on, Gmail will automatically sync the most recent email within 90 days. Here are some steps to use Gmail without an internet connection are as follows.

  • From your inbox, go to Gmail offline setting 
  • Check Enable offline mailbox.
  • Choose the settings like how many days of messages the user wants o sync
  • to click on savage changes by the user

Step 3:  Click on the settings icon in the top right corner of the Gmail box.

 

Step 4:  There is an option to see all settings in the settings icon, click on it.

 

Step 5:  Click on the offline tab which is present in the see all settings.
 

 

Step 6:  Here is an option for enabling in the offline tab, enable it and use offline Gmail.after enabling click on savage changes by the user.
 

 

Step 7:  Click on the savage changes button by the user After selecting saving offline data or not
 

 

Bookmark Gmail To Use Offline:

To make it simpler to see the emails when the offline user can also bookmark your inbox. Steps to Bookmark Gmail to use offline are as follows.

  • Step 1: Open the Gmail inbox.
  • Step 2: On the top right of the address bar just click on the Star icon. Open mail.google.com or Click the bookmarked user created in Chrome for Gmail offline using without an internet connection.
