By adding the Webp format images to your blog post or page helps to make your website load faster and it also saves bandwidth. Pre-requisites:

  • One .webp format Image.

Solution for the two following scenarios:

  • If you have a JPG, Convert JPG to Webp using some Online Converters.
  • If you have a PNG, Convert PNG to Webp using some Online Converters.

Upload a .webp Image to Blog Post:

Step 1: Log in to your Blogger

Step 2: Open a New Post or If you have one you can use the same to upload the .webp image.

Step 3: then, select Composed view 

Step 4: Now, what you can do that first select a spot in your post.

Now, Select your Image >> drag and drop the .webp image into your post. It will take a few seconds to upload.

Note: If not done re-do the same process.

Step 5: Click on Image and select the size you prefer.

Step 6: Add Alt and Title Text by Clicking on Image >> Settings icon.

Adding Alt and Title Text helps in increasing the page rank and for better SEO.

You can upload more .webp images to the blog post or page by using the above steps.
