How to transfer ownership in New Google Sites ?

Sometimes you want to transfer the complete ownership of your website to someone else, it can be done with the site made on Google Sites. You can transfer your ownership of the site you made on Google Sites to anyone through their Gmail account. To transfer the ownership follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to your Google drive of the same account and search the site.

  • Select the site you want to transfer and go its Sharing permission window. You can add people if you haven’t added the desired person yet and the select him as the owner.

  • After you select him as the owner a confirmation dialogue box will appear, hit yes and then done.

In this way, you can transfer the ownership of the site to anyone else.

Limitation:

  • The only limitation of this transfer is if you are a G Suit user, you can’t transfer the ownership to anyone from outside of your G Suit domain.
