GNOME Clocks is a simple program that allows you to create alarms and timers as well as show the time and date in several locations. There’s also a stopwatch. The clock provides all of the features you want in a single, elegant form. Use a stopwatch, set alarms, and add timers. Use the globe clock to keep track of time everywhere across the world. On Ubuntu, there are three ways to install gnome clocks. Apt-get, apt, and aptitude are all options. We’ll go through each strategy in detail in the sections below. You have the option of selecting one of them.

How to Install Gnome-Clock on Ubuntu?

Gnome-Clock may be installed in a variety of methods on Ubuntu. Let’s take a look at each one individually.

Using apt-get

Step 1:The following command will update the apt database with apt-get.

sudo apt-get update

 

Step 2: We can use apt-get to install gnome-clocks after refreshing the apt database by performing the following command:

sudo apt-get -y install gnome-clocks

 

Using apt

Step 1: Using the apt command, you may update the apt database.

sudo apt update

 

Step 2: We can use apt to install gnome-clocks after refreshing the apt database by performing the following command:

sudo apt -y install gnome-clocks

 

Using aptitude

Step 1: You may need to install aptitude first if you wish to use this approach, as aptitude is not normally installed by default on Ubuntu. Aptitude may be used to update the apt database using the following command.

sudo aptitude update

 

Step 2: After updating the apt database, we can use aptitude to install gnome-clocks by performing the following command:

sudo aptitude -y install gnome-clocks

 

Now we can see our application is successfully installed on Ubuntu operating system
