Aimed at coders more than designers, it also includes support for a number of other programming languages. Bluefish is a free software advanced text editor with a variety of tools for programming and website development. It supports coding languages including HTML, XHTML, CSS, XML, PHP, C, C++, JavaScript, Java, Go, Vala, Ada, D, SQL, Perl, ColdFusion, JSP, Python, Ruby, and shell. It is easy to use.

Installing Blue Fish on Windows

Follow the below steps to install Blue Fish on Windows:

Step 1: Visit the official https://bluefish.openoffice.nl/index.html website using any web browser.

Step 2: Click on Download Button.

Step 3: Next screen will open Now Click on Win32 Installer Button.

Step 4: Next screen will open Now Click on BlueFish setup.exe to Download.

Step 5: Now check for the executable file in downloads in your system and run it.

Step 6: It will prompt confirmation to make changes to your system. Click on Yes

Step 7: The next screen is to choose your setup language which you want to choose and click on OK.

Step 8: The setup will start now click on Next

Step 9: Next screen will be of license review now click on Next.

Step 10: Next screen is of choosing components, all components are already marked so don’t change anything just click on the Next button.

Step 11: The next screen will be of installing location so choose the drive which will have sufficient memory space for installation. It needed a memory space of roughly 35.6 MB. Click on the Next button.

Step 12: Next screen will be Choose Start Menu Folder Take any Name you want otherwise click on Next.

Step 13: Now downloading will start from the server it will take 10-15 minutes.

Step 14: Click on the Next button after the installation process is complete.

Blue Fish is successfully installed on the system and an icon is created on the desktop.
