Also, there is a procedure to open a Facebook page using a power query in Excel. The most basic requirement is that you have the latest version of Microsoft Excel. You have to install software as you have the old version. For those who don’t have Excel, You can use the WPS office to import data. It is the easiest way without the installation of any software.

Connecting Excel to Facebook

Step 1: Open spreadsheet. 

The first step is to open the spreadsheet in the WPS office.

The second step is to select import data from the menu bar.

The next step is to select one option from the imported data. There are four options. You have to select “from the web.”

Step 4: New tab will be open.

Step 5: Log in to your Facebook account

Step 6: Click on the “import” option

By clicking on the “import” option, you will get the data on an excel sheet.

Step 7: Query editor.

Then click on okay, and the window will open. You can see the activity of the Facebook user.

If you have a business Facebook page, you can use the insights option to understand how your page is growing. If you want to show your insights dashboard to other people, But you’re afraid of disclosing your login information. You can import your insight data into the spreadsheet.
