HijrahChronology zonedDateTime() method in Java with Example : Set 1

The zonedDateTime() method of java.time.chrono.HijrahChronology class is used to retrieve the date and time of a particular zone according to Islamic hijri calendrer from a particular instant.

Syntax:

public ChronoZonedDateTime zonedDateTime(Instant instant,
                                         ZoneId zone)

Parameter: This method takes the following arguments as parameter.

  • instant: which is the object of type instant
  • zone: which is the object of type zoneId

Return Value: This method returns the date and time of a particular zone according to Islamic hijri calendrer from a particular instant.

Below are the examples to illustrate the zonedDateTime() method:
