Hexaware Technologies Interview Experience 2021

I got to know about Hexaware Virtual Drive from FirstNaukri. I applied for it online on 18th August 2020. There were several rounds in the hiring process.

Round 1(Online Assessment MCQ test):

• It was a 78-minute test.
• No negative marking.
• Non-adaptive test.

There were several sections which mainly were on quantitative, logical, reasoning, verbal, and domain base. I am a CSE student, so I had questions from DBMS, OS, C, Network, etc. I had this test on 17th September 2020.

Round 2(Technical Interview):

I was selected in the second slot as my few friends had already been selected a few weeks before. It was scheduled for 21st November 2020 though the selected candidates’ list was sent to college TPO before few days. The interview was conducted on MS Teams. It was a 30-minute interview. Below are the questions that I was asked:

1. How was your day?
2. Can you introduce yourself and tell me something about yourself.
3. Do you know Java?
4. Do you know the OOPs concept?
5. Explain each property of OOPs.
6. What are the types of polymorphism?
7. Do you know about dynamic and static polymorphism?
8. WAP to count the occurrence of each character in a given string.
9. WAP to remove element by value from an array or list.
10. Explain how will you write a code to find the 2nd largest element of a list
11. Explain Binary Search.
12. What all Data structures you know?
13. Define Stack, Queue with a real-life example.
14. What is SQL?
15. Do you have any questions for me?
    • I asked the below questions:
      1. How can I have grown in the industry?
      2. How did I perform in the interview?

Round 3(SpeechX(CEFR) and Writing Skills Test):

Round 4(Communication Assessment):

Round 5(Learning Agility Test): Above 3 rounds were conducted one after the other every 3 days after the technical interview. These were easy and don’t need any such preparation. Basic grammar, paragraph writing, and aural skills are tested.

Round 6(HR Interview): It was a 15-minute Interview on MS Teams. Below mentioned Questions were asked me:

• Introduce yourself.
• What did you do in lock-down?
• What are the projects you did in your college?
• What was your role in those projects?
• What do you know about Hexaware?
• Why did you choose Hexaware?
• Since you are an off-campus candidate are you aware of the bond period?
• Do you have any questions for me?
  • I asked the below question:
    • If I am selected when will I know about my location of service?

Result: Selected.
