Hanu Software Solutions Interview Experience for Cloud Engineer | On Campus 2022

Recently Hanu Software Solutions Inc. visited our college for an on-campus selection. The Designation was Cloud Engineer and the Job Location was Greater Noida.

There were eligibility criteria for Registration:

1. Eligible Branches: CSE & BSc Research.
2. 65% throughout academics.
3. There should be no active backlogs.

I was eligible to participate in the interview because I met these requirements. There were four rounds to the selection process:

1. Online Test
2. Group Discussion
3. TR/HR interview
4. HR Discussion by Chief Human Resources Officer
5. Psychometric test (Non-Elimination Round)

Round 1 (Online Test) :

This Round had two sections and the platform was code judge.

1. MCQ’s Section: This section had a pool of questions from Logical Reasoning, Computer Networks, Operating Systems, and the basics of programming.
2. Coding Section: The coding section had two questions. The difficulty of the questions was easy-medium.

The results of the online test were out after a day.

Round 2 (Group Discussion) :

The group Discussion round was held for 30 min where everyone will get an opportunity to introduce them, talk about the topic, and conclude their opinion about the topic. The topics of the group discussion were very general and we got to speak about the COVID scenario in our country.

Round 3 (TR/HR interview) :

This was a virtual interview where the questions were on cloud computing, which role I prefer, and HR questions like why do you want to work on the cloud, willingness to relocate, and regarding service agreement.

Round 4 (HR Discussion by Chief Human Resources Officer) :

This was a very informal one-on-one discussion where we had talked about various things happening around the world, experiences in college, and some of my achievements.

After this round, I was informed by our placement department that I have been selected for Hanu software and I should attend the Psychometric test which was a Non-Elimination Round.

The overall process will be smooth and easy if you have good communication skills and a little technical knowledge about the cloud.
