Job Title: PAAS/IAAS/Data Engineer Role
It was a 3-day process. The whole onboarding process was smooth. The interview had different rounds as follows:

Online Assessment Round (Elimination Round): This round had 11 sections comprising questions from Aptitude, Logical Ability, Quantitative Ability, English Comprehension, Operating System, SQL, and 2 coding questions.

Out of 148 students, 44 were selected for the next round.

Group Discussion Round (Elimination Round): This round was quite easy. One particular (current affair) topic was given. Our topic: Cashless Economy. Everyone was given 30 seconds to introduce themselves and then the group discussion started formally.

Out of 44 students, 20 were selected for the next round.

HR interview (Elimination Round): We had a Pre-Placement talk on campus followed by an HR interview. The HR interview had questions like:

  • Tell me about yourself.
  • Tell me about your family background.
  • What excites you about Cloud?
  • What is Cloud Computing?
  • What is TCP/IP?
  • What is the Waterfall model?
  • Why Hanu?
  • What is your current location?

Out of 20 students, 10 were selected for the next round.

Technical interview (Elimination Round): The technical round was a bit easy to difficult level. The interview asked me questions like:

  • Which programming language you are most comfortable with?
  • Then the interviewer asked questions from that programming language.
  • Why Java is more secure than other languages?
  • How many types of inheritance Java supports?
  • Why it does not support Multiple Inheritance? Is there any way to support that?
  • What is the difference between the Abstract class and the general class?
  • What is stack and queue data structure?
  • What are different ways to implement Queue data structure?
  • Difference between Relational and Non-relational databases.
  • If I give you an Excel spreadsheet? Can we call it a Relational Database? If yes/no, justify.
  • How many types of constructors are there?
  • Do you have any questions?

P.S : Get your basics clear.

Out of 10 students, 6 were selected for the next round.

Psychometric Test (Non-elimination Round): This round was quite easy. It had 30 behavioral questions. I got selected.
