Explanation:

Total code possible are,
= 6 * 6 * 6
 
Greater than 200 and divisible by 5, 
= 4 * 6 * 1

Required Probability,
= (4 * 6 * 1) / (6 * 6 * 6) 
= 1 / 9 
= 0.11 

So, option (D) is correct.
