GenLeap Interview Experience for Business Analyst FTE

I applied for GenLeap through LinkedIn for the Business Analyst position. Around 190 candidates applied for this role.

Round 1 (Hiring Manager, Interview): This test was conducted on the google meet platform. Started with a mandatory introduction and then a discussion about what is Genleap and how they are working. Also, she asked me to research the company.
Round 2 (Online /Test): It was mixed of behavioral and situation-based questions.
Round 3 ( One of the Founding Members and CPO): Introduction and then she revealed my personality type according to that test which was rarest only 3% of women have this personality type. Then we discussed my previous role, team, company, and my experiences in handling work.
