Jobathon is a 2.5 hrs coding contest targeted toward hiring freshers and interns, organized by GeeksforGeeks on the 21st of every month for organizations that are looking to hire top coders. Till now nearly 50 companies have trusted it to fulfill their hiring needs.
For this, organizations can directly contact us through our official email address, or they can submit their queries through this form (Form Link), a representative from the GeeksforGeeks’ team will reach out to the organizations.

A slot among the other organizations will be provided, where they will be able to interview the top coders, who performed well in the contest. Or, the organizations can also get a custom hiring challenge tailor made for their needs (Email to hire@geeksforgeeks.org for the details.)

Conducting of contest:
The contest will be conducted on the 21st of every month. A team of GeeksforGeeks will be on standby to check if the contest is going on smoothly and there are no hiccups.

The contest will consist of 4 parts:

• 3 DSA coding problems: Easy, Medium Hard – 100 marks
• 5 MCQ on Programming Logic – 25 marks
• 5 MCQ on Logical Reasoning – 25 marks
• 5 MCQ on Quantitative Aptitude – 25 marks
• Total 18 questions, Total 175 marks.

Shortlisting screening of the relevant profiles:
Once the contest is conducted, the GeeksforGeeks team will work on to screen the data of the candidates who appeared in the contest. Then further processes (Plagiarism check etc) will be implemented to sort out the relevant profiles. An initial round of shortlisting will be conducted by GeeksforGeeks’ jobs portal team, then the data will be shared with the participating organizations.
