Enquero Interview Experience (On-Campus)

Enquero Global is based in USA , they have their locations in Bangalore and Hyderabad in India. They conducted campus drive for Software Engineering Post

It was two day selection process , the company started with PPT and 3 rounds were after that.  All these rounds were well though of  and they were very friendly in nature

ROUND 1: Here , it stated with one hour time limit composing of 25 questions . It incorporates java assortments, straightforward join SQL inquiries, English understanding, and a couple of inquiries like finding no of triangles and squares in the given figure. This round was fairly easy but required constant attention to questions , after this round a total of 50 students were selected for the next round.

ROUND 2: A total of 50 people were divided into a group of 5 which included 10 people in every group , Group Discussion was the basis for this round and on the spot topics were given , in my group the topic was effect of pandemic in our lives. The best thing about this round is that all the people first got the chance to speak and after that group discussion was initiated Thus a well managed round was followed by asking what do you know about the company 

ROUND 3: Technical round was a very friendly round in which two interviewers were present , it started with introducing myself , the topics that i like and the areas where i am strong . Since the role was SDE i was asked to choose a language between C++ and java , i chose C++ and they asked simple questions related to OOPS concept like abstraction , encapsulation and class.

Further i was asked to share my screen and code bubble sort and had to implement linked list using stacks , which i solved and the friendly nature of the company helped me to properly showcase my skill. The best part of this round is they are not looking for a proper answer to a question but how we approach a question. After this round a total of 11 students were selected.

ROUND 4: This interview was HR round in which i was asked about my strength and weakness , what do i know about the company , they are looking for coders who can communicate well and are smart . I was selected for internship + placement in the company and i was really excited to start my journey with Enquero global
