LAMP: LAMP stands for Linux, Apache, MariaDB/MySQL/MongoDB and PHP/Perl/Python. And it’s a stack of open source solutions, suitable for building websites, that can be installed on any Linux distro. Perhaps someone has built a distro only for that purpose, but the concept is for any Linux distribution.
Difference between Xampp and Lamp :

It comes with extra features like supporting Filezilla, Perl, Mercury Mail and some other scripts. It does not have these features. 7. It is available on a 32-bit system. It is available on 32-bit and 64-bit systems.
