Management Consulting :

Management Consulting as the name suggests, is simply management that focuses on improving business strategies, performance and processes of the organization by providing expert advice to resolve any issues.

Difference between Project Management and Management Consulting :

Type of project management include agile project management, kanban project management, lean project management, etc. Types of Management Consulting include human resource consulting, financial advisory consultant, operations consulting, etc.
Project management is more difficult than management consulting. Management Consulting is less difficult than project management.
