1. Jumpshare: 
Jumpshare is a file sharing service provided by the Jumpshare Incorporation. It enables the users to upload files from the personal computers and web. It provides both free and premium services. It offers 2 GB free storage space. It was launched by Jumpshare Incorporation in 2012. Maximum file size is 250 MB for free, 20 GB for paid plus plan and unlimited for Business and Enterprise plan. In Jumpshare, initially users did not need to sign up to upload the files but later on sign up was made compulsory. 

2. Wuala: 
Wuala was a file synchronization service, file storage service, file versioning service and backup storage service which was originally provided by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin. It was majorly developed using Java. It offered 5 GB free storage space. It was launched in 2008. 

Difference between Jumpshare and Wuala:

It is owned by Jumpshare Incorporation. Originally owned by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology.
It was launched in 2012. It was launched in 2008.
It offers 2 GB free storage space. It offered 5 GB free storage space but later on it was made only paid-service.
It was developed by Jumpshare. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin.
It does not provide additional free storage space for referral. Initially it had referral system but later on referral service was suspended.
It has the maximum storage size of 2 TB. Maximum storage size offered was 2 TB here.
It does not support file versioning. It supported file versioning.
It does not provide ability to trade local disk storage space. It provided ability to trade local disk storage space against cloud storage.
It is still in use. This service was suspended in 2015.
It provides real-time file sharing with inbuilt utilities for screenshots, notes and voice clips. It did not provide real-time file sharing with inbuilt utilities.
Its initial versions didn’t need sign up but later on it was made mandatory. Sign up was mandatory from the very first version of it.
