1. Jumpshare: 
Jumpshare is a file sharing service provided by the Jumpshare Incorporation. It enables the users to upload files from the personal computers and web. It provides both free and premium services. It offers 2 GB free storage space. It was launched by Jumpshare Incorporation in 2012. In Jumpshare, initially users did not need to sign up to upload the files but later on sign up was made compulsory. 

2. ShareFile: 
ShareFile is a file synchronization service, file sharing service and cloud-based file storage service which is provided by Citrix Systems. It is a secure content collaboration that supports the document centered tasks. It provides cloud-based storage, virtual data rooms and client portals. It was developed by Jesse Lipson. It is suitable for Windows, macOS, iOS and Android. It does not offer free storage space. It was launched in 2005.

It is a file hosting and cloud storage service. It is a commercial file sharing and file synchronization service.
Maximum file size is 250 MB for free, 20 GB for paid plus plan and unlimited for Business and Enterprise plan. Maximum file size is 10 GB to 100 GB according to plans.
It is used to store personal and professional data both. It is used for storing small and large business related data.
It provides real-time file sharing with inbuilt utilities for screenshots, notes and voice clips. It does not provide real-time file sharing with inbuilt utilities.
Its initial versions didn’t need sign up but later on it was made mandatory. Sign up is mandatory from the very first version of it.
