1. iCloud : 
iCloud is a cloud storage and cloud computing service provided by Apple Incorporation. It allows users to store data such as documents, photos and music on remote servers for download to iOS, macOS or Windows devices. It also enables to share and send data to other users. It is also helpful to manage the Apple devices if it is lost or stolen. It was launched in 2011. 

2. Baidu Cloud : 
Baidu Cloud is a cloud service which is provided by Baidu Incorporation. It offers a cloud storage service, client software, file management, sharing of resources and integration of third party. It enables to synchronizes files automatically on internet based client terminals once the files are created on a client terminal. It was launched by Baidu Incorporation in 2012. Its actual name is Baidu Wangpan but is commonly known as Baidu Cloud. 

Difference between iCloud and Baidu Cloud :

It has maximum storage size of 2 TB. It also has the maximum storage size of 32 TB.
Maximum file size in iCloud is 50 GB. Here maximum file size is 4GB in the FAT32 file system in Windows and 2TB in the ext3 file system in Linux.
It partially supports file versioning. It does not support file versioning.
The number of users of iCloud is more. The number of users of Baidu Cloud is less.
It does not support remote uploading. It supports remote uploading.
