Freshservice is also a help desk software that is made to provide support to the customers. It is also developed by Freshworks but it is made to use within the enterprise to monitor and support the internal work culture of the organization. It is an information technology infrastructure library and its pricing is different from Freshdesk. It is also easy to use and does not require coding knowledge.
