1. CloudMe : 
CloudMe is a file storage service which is provided by CloudMe AB. It provides file synchronization, cloud storage and client software. It was founded by Daniel Arthursson in 2011. Initially it was named iCloud but later Apple acquired that name. It offers 3 GB free storage space. It provides limited storage space for premium accounts. Its biggest competitor is Dropbox. CloudMe maximum file size is 150 MB for free and 2 GB for paid business plan.

2. Wuala : 
Wuala was a file synchronization service, file storage service, file versioning service and backup storage service which was originally provided by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin. It was majorly developed using Java. It offered 5 GB free storage space. It was launched in 2008. 

Difference between CloudMe and Wuala :

It is owned by CloudMe AB. Originally owned by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology.
It was launched in 2011. It was launched in 2008.
It offers 3 GB free storage space. It offered 5 GB free storage space but later on it was made only paid-service.
It was developed by Daniel Arthursson. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin.
It provides additional 500 MB free storage space for referral up to 19 GB. Initially it had referral system but later on referral service was suspended.
It has the maximum storage size is 500 GB for paid personal and 5 TB for paid business plan. Maximum storage size offered was 2 TB here.
It rarely supports file versioning. It fully supported file versioning.
It does not provide ability to trade local disk storage space. It provided ability to trade local disk storage space against cloud storage.
It is still in use. This service was suspended in 2015.
