1. Baidu Cloud : 
Baidu Cloud is a cloud service which is provided by Baidu Incorporation. It offers a cloud storage service, client software, file management, sharing of resources and integration of third party. It enables to synchronizes files automatically on internet based client terminals once the files are created on a client terminal. Maximum file size is 4GB in the FAT32 file system in Windows and 2TB in the ext3 file system in Linux. It was launched by Baidu Incorporation in 2012. Its actual name is Baidu Wangpan but is commonly known as Baidu Cloud. 

2. Wuala : 
Wuala was a file synchronization service, file storage service, file versioning service and backup storage service which was originally provided by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin. It was majorly developed using Java. It offered 5 GB free storage space. It was launched in 2008. 

Difference between Baidu Cloud and Wuala :

It is owned by Baidu Incorporation. Originally owned by Caleido Incorporation but was later owned by Seagate Technology.
It was launched in 2012. It was launched in 2008.
It offers 2 TB free storage space. It offered 5 GB free storage space but later on it was made only paid-service.
It was developed by Baidu Inc. It was developed by Dominik Grolimund and Luzius Meisserin.
It does not have referral system for gaining additional free storage space. Initially it had referral system but later on referral service was suspended.
It has the 32 TB maximum storage size. Maximum storage size offered was 2 TB here also.
It does not support file versioning. It supported file versioning.
It does not provide ability to trade local disk storage space. It provided ability to trade local disk storage space against cloud storage.
It is used in China only. While it was used world wide.
It is still in use. This service was suspended in 2015.
